Health Net Members Can Now Contact Us Toll Free From Over 135 Countries!
Health Net and AT&T have partnered to create toll free telephone access from more than 135 countries to Health Net Member Advocates to provide our members with answers and guidance to questions about health insurance coverage.
To use this service, members can:
Go to www.healthnet.com and click Contact Us at the bottom of the page.
Click on the contact us by phone link at the top of the page.
Select Northeast and click Continue.
Scroll down to International Travel.
This will provide members with the 800 number to dial after dialing the AT&T USA Direct® number, located at www.att.com/traveler, or available through a link in the International Travel section of the Contact Us page. The AT&T USA Direct website allows members to look up the access code from any country where the service is available, and print out a wallet card of access codes of all countries where the service is available or a customized wallet card of access codes for up to 10 countries.
